1. Acceptance

By using the eRyde app or services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. The service

eRyde is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers. We do not provide transportation ourselves.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Fares & payment

Fares are shown upfront in the app. You agree to pay the fare for each trip using your chosen payment method.

5. Conduct

You agree to use eRyde lawfully and to treat drivers and other users with respect.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, eRyde is not liable for the conduct of independent drivers or for events outside our reasonable control.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
