You can pay with Cash or Card, chosen in the app.

Yes, eRyde shows an upfront fare so you know the cost before you confirm.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes, you can book now or schedule a ride for later.
What if I left something in the car?
Contact support through the app or the Contact page and we'll help you reach your driver.
For drivers
How do I sign up to drive?
Download the eRyde Driver app, create an account, and upload your documents for verification.
What do I need to drive?
A valid driver's licence, a qualifying vehicle, registration and insurance, and any local permits.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings are tracked in the Driver app. Payout methods depend on your region.
Can I work part time?
Yes. You choose when to go online and which jobs to accept.
