1. Eligibility

To drive on eRyde you must hold a valid driver's licence, meet local requirements, and provide accurate documents.

Drivers use eRyde as independent contractors. You choose when to go online and which trips to accept.

You are responsible for keeping your vehicle, registration, insurance and permits valid and up to date.

Your earnings are calculated per trip and shown in the Driver app. Payout methods and timing depend on your region.

You agree to drive safely, follow local laws, and treat riders with respect. Repeated violations may end your access.

We may update these terms or suspend accounts that breach them. You may stop using the platform at any time.
