Delete your account

You can request deletion of your eRyde account and personal data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app

Open the eRyde app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, and follow the steps.

Option 2 — Request here

Fill in the form below with the phone number or email on your account. We will verify and process your request.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account details.
• Your trip history linked to your account.

Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, financial or safety records) for a limited period, then deleted.
