1. Set your pick-up point
Open the app and allow location access so eRyde can find you on the map. You can drop the pin exactly where you are, or type an address or landmark if you’re booking from somewhere else. Getting the pick-up right means your driver reaches you faster.
2. Add your destination
Enter where you’re headed. As soon as you do, eRyde calculates your route and shows you an upfront fare — the price you’ll pay, before you commit. No meters ticking, no surprises at the end.
3. Choose your vehicle
Pick the ride that fits your trip:
- Economy — affordable everyday rides for one to a few people.
- Minivan — more room for groups or extra luggage, up to six seats.
Each option shows its own fare so you can decide what’s worth it.
4. Confirm and track
Tap to confirm, and eRyde matches you with a nearby driver. You’ll see their name, vehicle, and live location on the map as they approach. You can share your trip with someone you trust straight from the app.
5. Pay your way
At the end of the trip, pay with cash or card — whatever’s easiest for you in your city. Then rate your driver to help keep standards high for everyone.
